WorkLab is a concept for a recruiting software company that helps teams post jobs, manage candidates and hire faster. The project covers its marketing website across desktop and mobile.
The challenge
SaaS websites have to explain a product quickly and make signing up feel effortless. Recruiting software adds extra complexity: job posting, candidate pipelines and team collaboration all need to be clear at a glance.
Solution & strategy
- Product-led hero sections that show the software itself: candidate lists, hiring pipelines and performance cards.
- Feature storytelling in clear numbered steps, from creating job ads to making the hire.
- Separate Home, About, Features and Reviews pages sharing one consistent layout system.
- A responsive layout that keeps the same hierarchy and calls to action on mobile.
- A design system covering typography (General Sans), colour palette, buttons, inputs and cards.
What we designed
The concept shows how a SaaS website can stay calm and uncluttered while still showing the product, with a consistent visual language from the first headline to the sign-up button.
- Home, About, Features and Reviews page designs.
- Desktop and mobile layouts.
- Typography scale, colour palette and reusable UI components.
- Interactive prototype in Figma.
