The challenge
Many project management tools are either too rigid or overly complex, which makes it hard for teams to manage their workflows efficiently.
Solution & strategy
- One switch between List, Gantt and Board views to suit different ways of working.
- A Gantt timeline with task dependencies, assignees and day, week and month zoom.
- Project sub-pages in the sidebar, from problem definition to hand-off.
- An AI assistant entry point, plus filter, export and share tools in the header.
What we designed
The concept shows a calm, structured workspace where teams can plan and track work in the view that suits them, without unnecessary clutter.
